Responsibilities
Divorce and property settlements provide legal protection and help married and de facto couples move on after separation. Where there is agreement between parties there papers can be lodged with the courts without need for a lawyer.
The problem
- Collect and store sensitively all the data required to satisfy legal requirements for lodging a legal divorce.
- Construct questions and pathways for users based on a multi-faceted user journey.
- Notifications and engagement with both parties to collect data and agreements as required throughout the process.
Solution
- Design the sensitive question and answer process to be a clear, seamless journey that the user can take leave of at any time and return to when they are ready.
